Rob Moore, Entrepreneur & Investor | 4 Elements of Significance

You don't make a difference by chasing money, fame, or power.

You make a difference by aligning your work with your purpose, passion, proficiency, and profit.

But how?

Follow these four elements of significance:

1. **Purpose**: Define your mission. What problem do you solve or what value do you add? Purpose gives meaning and direction to your work.

2. **Passion**: Love your work. Does it excite, inspire, and energize you? Does it make you happy and fulfilled? Passion fuels your work.

3. **Proficiency**: Master your work. Do you have the skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver quality results? Do you learn and improve constantly? Proficiency guides your work.

4. **Profit**: Sustain your work. Can you charge a fair price that reflects your value and covers your costs? Can you generate a profit that supports your lifestyle and goals? Profit controls your work.

Ask yourself these four questions:

- Do I have a clear purpose?
- Do I have a strong passion?
- Do I have a high proficiency?
- Do I have a healthy profit?

If yes, then you have achieved significance.

And that's the key to making a difference.
